This octagonal pool and fountain marks the site of an original Tudor fountain. In the pool stands a welded steel sculpture by Walenty Pytel, depicting the beasts and birds of six continents with Saint Stephen's Crown on the top. It was set up in 1977 in commemoration of H.M. The Queen's Silver Jubilee as a gift from Members of the House of Commons.
